According to Album 2000 [pay00]
- Aircraft marking - Black-yellow-black roundel. A note says that
the national flag is painted on the fin. Armand suggested that
this markings are currently obsolete.

A report from a French vessel visiting the country also told
me that aircraft marking (b - y - b roundel) is no more
valid : reportedly it shows now the letters SDF.

Guyana Defense Force Air Wing was formed in 1968, renamed Air Command, Guyana
Defense Force, but since 1998 had no planes any longer. Its roundel was "classical"
black-yellow-black with national flag as fin flash (see:
www.skytamer.com).
It is obsolete since 1998.

I cannot find any photographic evidence for a black, yellow, black roundel
reported in Album 2000. Why only black and yellow for its national color?
Wikipedia shows the image as fictional.
